This wine is the result of a blending of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay selected on our terroir, Grand Cru classified. Discret when it is being served, the foam is delicate on a beautiful yellow gold. The nose is fine and delicate, and there are notes of candied yellow fruit, sweet mature flowers and touches of spices.
