The 2021 Kuleto Frog Prince puts it all together in a very elegant finished wine. If there isn't such a thing as red cherry perfume, then there is now, as this wine exudes the smell of a cherry orchard. A bit of black licorice root grounds the wine in something sweet and earthy. The mouth makes a beautiful arc across the mid-palate before spreading softly and smoothly to the sides and back. The power of this wine comes not from wood or alcohol, but from its core of concentrated fruit.
