Black cherry and a hint of Malbec's signature pepper hit the tongue immediately, but the mouthfeel is soft and elegant. The juice is bright and berry-filled, holding up to a larger meal while pairing perfectly with poultry, seafood and a rich dessert.
The Alexander Valley signatures flow throughout this wine, and the flower and terroir of the region seem to live throughout the wine, while holding true to a Spanish style that inspires our Ominous wines.
