The Companion Wines Cabernet Reserve Sauvignon wine is made from 100% Lodi Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. During 2016 the climate gave the grapes an intense flavor and roundness that comes through in this fruit forward wine. The French oak gives it a balanced tannin without being a heavy wine and allows the cherry and tobacco notes to shine through. The finish is smooth and perfect.
