Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Auxerrois are some of the grape varieties used for our Crémant Brut, harvested by hand at the start of the grape harvest primarily in the municipality of Orschwihr, a large wine-growing community in southern Alsace whose microclimate favours early ripening. With a beautiful brilliant golden colour, it exhibits a predominantly floral nose, has fine and persistent bubbles and is both elegant and balanced on the palate. As an aperitif, at cocktail parties or receptions, it is the classic drink for all festive occasions.
