The Mathieu-Gosztyla Brut Millésime is made with Chardonnay grapes. It is a beautifully-colored champagne that is subtle on the nose. There is an aromatic complexity on a toasted tip, as well as honey flowers with biscuit and fruity scents. It has a large mouth with a surprising aromatic density.
