Rombauer Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2022
An elegant example of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, this bold and structured red wine was the first wine Rombauer Vineyards ever made back in 1980. Open this alongside a perfectly grilled steak or share a glass over a charcuterie board.
Ripe aromas of red raspberries and red currant mingle on the nose with hints of mint and dried savory herbs. The palate is darker, full of notes of black currant, creme de cassis, and holiday baking spices. The moderate tannins provide a rich and nuanced texture, framed by bright acidity which leaves a lingering impression on the finish.
