The Thibault Liger-Belair Chardonnay is straw-colored and effusive of citrus, pear, green apple, and wet stone aromas. This light-bodied, freshly acidic, seamlessly alcoholic (13%) Chardonnay goes on to deliver comparable flavors. Without detectable oak, it is light on its feet but still retains good mid-palate density. Finishing with medium length, this is very well done for an entry level white Burgundy.
